1. Open the app and tap on the preset name, such as "3 Rounds".
2. Select "New Preset" at the bottom.
3. Name the preset. By devault, it's named "My Preset", but you can name it anything you like.
4. Adjust the settings to your liking.
5. Tap "Save" at the top-right.

You can now use this preset in the future by tapping on it in the list of presets. Order it by dragging it up or down in the presets menu.

The app features warning sounds for when a round or rest phase is about to end. To enable:

1. Tap the Settings cog at the top.
2. Select your desired times for the "Round Ending" and "Rest Ending" options.
3. Adjust the settings to your liking.

Each warning has its own distinct sound to ensure your mind is in the right place at the right time.

If you upgraded to the Ad-Free or Premium versions of the app and need to restore access, follow these steps:

1. Open the app and go to the Settings cog at the top.
2. Tap on "Restore Purchases" toward the bottom.
3. Sign in with the same Apple ID that was used for the original purchase.
4. Your subscription should be restored automatically if it's still valid.
